We will do our best to provide refund or replacement for damaged items.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.
Damaged items must be reported within 1 business day from receipt of shipment. Damages will not be accepted outside this window.
Refunds will only be issued when Gladico Foods refund department has authorized the refund. Refund department can be reached by emailing info@gladicofoods.com with proof of purchase.
Depending on the nature of the damage, the cost of shipping the items to you may be deducted from the cost of your purchase before the refund is issued
Refunds will be issued back to the same credit or debit card used for the purchase. Expect the refund to show up in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days. This may take longer depending on your bank. We ask that you be patient or contact your bank.
